The Albion Supper Club is a supper club based in Seattle which combines (mostly) British cooking with the exceptional produce of the Pacific North West.All food and wine is provided, and dinner will last about 2 hours. Dinner is not 'fine dining', but it is delicious local food, cooked with respect. Dinners may involve communal dishes, helping yourself and eating with your fingers :)
The Albion Supper Club has a few rules:
- Phones are to be switched off on arrival.
- Attendees must bring an acquaintance. Initially, TASC is by invite only.
- A donation of $30/head is welcome to cover the cost of the meal, but financial contributions are not required.
